  84. - Zijian Huang for this software, documentation, attendant files and user     
  85. interface. All rights reserved.

  87. The author of KP grants you - the individual user, without charge, the right    
  88. to evaluate this software on a single computer for 15 days, on the express   
  89. condition you do not receive any payment, commercial benefit, other   
  90. consideration for such reproduction or distribution, or change this license   
  91. agreement or copyright notices. If you propose to learn to type, or have   
  92. learned to type with the help of this software, you should pay the register   
  93. fee as soon as possible.

  95. The Single-User Registration Fee for KP Typing Tutor International Generation    
  96. 4.0 is $15.00 or 12 pounds, other currencies should exchange to the    
  97. equivalence of US dollar payment.

  99. The payment drawn on a UK bank should be in the sterling price. Other   
  100. currencies should be exchanged to the equivalence of US dollar payment.

  113. KP Typing Tutor International Generation 4.0 is Copyright 1996 by the author -  
  114. - Zijian Huang for this software, documentation, attendant files and user     
  115. interface. All rights reserved.

  117. The author of KP grants you - the administrator, without charge, the right to     
  118. evaluate this software for 30 days, on the express condition you do not     
  119. receive any payment, commercial benefit, other consideration for such     
  120. reproduction or distribution, or change this license agreement or copyright    
  121. notices.    
  122.     
  123. The basic registration fee for KP Typing Tutor International Generation 4.0    
  124. is $100.00 or 90 pounds , for no more than 5 terminals; each extra terminal   
  125. over 5 and up to 50 will be charged at $18 or 16 pounds; each extra station   
  126. over 50 and up to 100 will be charged at $16 or 15 pounds; extra terminal over   
  127. 100 will be charged at $10 or 10 pounds.

  129. The payment drawn on a UK bank should be in the sterling price. Other   
  130. currencies should be exchanged to the equivalence of US dollar payment.

  171. Since the KP Typing Tutor International Generation is very flexible, allowing    
  172. the user to change the content of practice and styles of the virtual keyboard    
  173. template, it is most likely that files of "*.bat", "*.key" and "*.txt" will be    
  174. added by other users as the typing tutor is distributed world-wide. It is    
  175. allowed for users to add some files while using the software and distributing    
  176. the software. To avoid confusion, these additional files should NOT use the    
  177. same names as those listed in document "readme.txt". These additional files do    
  178. not belong to the domain of copyright of this software and will not affect the    
  179. payment of registration. Any failure or copyright problem caused by these   
  180. additional files is not the responsibility of the author of KP. The author of   
  181. these additional files should not modify any of the documents listed in   
  182. document "readme.txt" accompanied with KP software. The descriptions of these   
  183. additional files should be written into documents with names like   
  184. "readme*.add" for the convenience of other users. The first person who makes a   
  185. file "*.key" indicating a keyboard template of a country that does not appear   
  186. in the file list of document "readme.txt" should contact the author of KP,   
  187. (s)he will receive the licence fee for the first 10 units of KP sold with this   
  188. template, provided at least 10 units are purchased. And his (her) name and E-  
  189. mail address may appear on the WWW page of KP if he (she) agrees with that.   
  190. Before deciding to make a "*.key" file, please check the KP WWW page first to   
  191. see whether some one else produced such a file already.

  193. The distributed package of this software should contain all the files listed    
  194. in document "readme.txt". The user is free to delete some of the files for the    
  195. convenience of private use.

  202. support and low-cost updates. It is recommended that the administrator of     
  203. public computer lab agree to be added to the mailing list of KP, to get
